Lot Multiplier |
The number of open (production ready) lots referencing the plan/elevation. |
This value is located at the end of the elevation label for Plans/Elevations (P/E). |
P/E Batch Quantity |
Lot Multiplier * Quantity in P/E |
The Elevation A Lot Multiplier is 3. T06 Quantity in P/E is 2. T05 Quantity in P/E is 1. T06 P/E Batch Quantity is 6. T05 P/E Batch Quantity is 3. |
Set Multiplier |
Sum of all P/E Batch Quantities |
Sets can be referenced on multiple plan/elevations. Each P/E applies the Lot multiplier to the quantity of each Set in the P/E to determine the P/E Batch Quantity.
If Hip A is in P/E 1/A twice and P/E 1/A is referenced by three lots then the Sets Multiplier for Hip A is 6. |
Set Batch Quantity |
Set Multiplier * Quantity in Set |
Calculated in the same way as the P/E Batch Quantity. Each component has a value. |
Misc Quantity |
Sum of all P/E Batch Quantities |
Calculated in the same way as the Set Multiplier |
Component Quantity
|
Sum of all P/E Batch Quantities + Sum of all Sets Batch Quantities |
The total number of times the component is referenced in the project. Quantities on the Components tab are used for Batching by Component Groups |
Example:
- T01 is used in plan/elevation 1/A 5 times.
- Plan 1/A is referenced by 3 lots that are ready for production.
- T01 is used in plan/elevation 2/A 10 times.
- Plan 2/A is referenced by 4 lots that are ready for production.
- There are no other lots that are ready for production that reference a plan/elevation using T01.
- The quantity for T01 on the Components tab would be 55.
